The eight ties will be played in the week commencing the 27th of February.
When the draw was made, there was only two game where both sides are definiately through to the Fifth Round, a home tie for Stoke City, who will welcome Brighton and Hove Albion, and Bristol City will welcome Manchester City.

Southampton v Luton or Grimsby
Leicester v Blackburn or Birmingham
Stoke v Brighton
Wrexham or Sheff Utd v Tottenham
Fulham or Sunderland v Leeds
Bristol City v Man City
Man Utd v Derby or West Ham
Ipswich or Burnley v Sheff Wed or Fleetwood
