The National Audit system say despite its problems its too late to change

There are questions over the government's Universal credit plan

8 years on, and only 10% of those claiming benefits are in the system.

The National Audit system say it's costing more to make the changes than the original costs

It also found that almost 1 in 5 people weren't paid on time with some of those waiting up yo 5 months for payment.

However the government say the scheme will save £34billion in fraud and computer problems, in the next 10 years.
