Upskirting to be made a criminal offence
Offenders could receive up to 2 years in prison
The craze of upskirting could soon be punished with up to 2 years in prison.
Until recently it wasn't a specific criminal offence to take a photo up someone's skirt, meaning there was little the police could do about it.
However Parliament will be taking a vote today to change this.
