The Met Office is warning of stormy conditions over the new year.A Yellow Weather warning for ice is already in place for parts of Scotland and Northern England with icy conditions in the wake of days of snow.Storm Dylan is expected to bring with it gales of up to 80 miles per hour, as well as driving rain.People are being advised to take precautions and only travel if necessary
