Seven charged over alleged driving licence and credit card cloning scam

Victims were targeted over an 11 month period

Seven men have been charged over an alleged fraud where dozens of people had their driving licences and credit cards cloned.

Police believe that more than 70 alleged victims across seven counties were targeted between September 2017 and August 2018.

The suspects are accused of cloning driving licences and credit cards belonging to residents in Dorset, East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

The men will all appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court next month.
