Man found guilty of train murder- sentenced to life.

36-year-old Darren Pencille has been found guilty of killing 51-year-old Lee Pomeroy on a train between London and Guildford.

Darren Pencille has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum sentence of 28 years.

Mr. Pomeroy was stabbed 18 times- after disputing with Mr. Pencille over a blocked train aisle.

His killing happened in front of his 14-year-old son.

CCTV then showed Pencille pulling a knife from his pocket and stabbing Mr Pomeroy in the neck.

The 51-year-old victim – who was celebrating his birthday the following day  – desperately tried to defend himself.

Pencille fled to his 28-year-old girlfriend Chelsea Mitchell following the attack.

She has been found guilty of assisting an offender.
