Judge finds Donald Trump in contempt in legal fight with New York attorney general

It follows him missing a March the 31st court-imposed deadline to turn over documents

A US judge has found former US president Donald Trump in contempt of court, and fined him 10,000 dollars per day.

It's in a dispute over a subpoena issued by the New York attorney general.

Letitia James had asked the court to hold Mr Trump in contempt after he missed a March the 31st court-imposed deadline to turn over documents.
