Jacob Rees-Mogg issues letter of no confidence for PM
Conservative MP Jacob Rees-Mogg says the agreement in place is not Brexit
He called for her to standdown saying she had not delivered her promise.
"This is not Brexit. This is a failure of government policy.
"It needs to be rejected. It is nothing to do with personal ambition.
"I am not offering my name as leader. This is nothing to do with me.
"This is about not having confidence in the current leader and believing that the deal simply does not work."
