Gatwick Airport re-opens following brief closure earlier
A spokesperson says the airport has opened after brief disruption on the runway
The main runway at London's Gatwick Airport was briefly closed on Friday but has reopened, a spokesman for the airport said.
Earlier, it was reported there were no arrivals or departures from the airport reportedly due to a problem with a Virgin Atlantic plane on the runway.
