Consultation opens for plans to widen access to property database.

Database currently only available to Local Authorities

A consultation is taking place in England looking at plans to widen access to a database of rogue landlords and property agents.

The database was launched in April last year but it currently only available to local authorities.

The consultation could potentially allow access to tenants and prospective tenants.

It is open until October.
