Concerns over levels of salt in children's meals

A charity survey shows an extremely high level of salt in children's Out of Home meals.

There are concerns about children's menu dishes in restaurants.

The survey cites a child's chicken meal at TGI Friday's restaurant which has 5.3g per portion, almost as much salt as an adult's daily intake allowance of 6g.

Action on Salt calls for high salt warning labels on children's meals.
