Body found in Malaysia in hunt for missing teenage girl
Malaysia's police said body of a woman was found in the jungle near where Irish teen Nora Anne Quoirin went missing.
"We found a body, a woman's body... we cannot confirm the identity of the body," Sembilan state police chief Mohamad Mat Yusop told reporters after visiting the scene.
Police said the body was found about two kilometres from The Dusun resort, where Quoirin was last seen.
Search and rescue personnel were scaling up their search efforts after a local reported a fresh lead to the police regarding the missing 15-year-old.
