Bix Six energy suppliers not meeting customer satisfaction
Consumer watchdog Which? says small energy suppliers secure higher rankings in customer satisfaction than the so-called 'Big Six'.
The rankings are topped by Octopus Energy (80%), with Robin Hood Energy and So Energy finishing in joint second place.
British Gas, EDF, Eon, Npower, Scottish Power and SSE are all ranked in the bottom third of the table, with none of the Big Six receiving a customer satisfaction score of more than 58%.
The release finds that less than one in five (18%) Big Six customers are 'very satisfied' with their supplier, compared with a third (33%) of customers with medium and small suppliers.
