Big six energy suppliers struggle in customer survey
The UK's smaller energy suppliers lead in a measure of customer satisfaction, says uSwitch's annual Energy Customer Satisfaction Report.
New entrant Octopus Energy takes first place, with 96% overall customer satisfaction, followed by Bulb with 92%.
The big six suppliers take the lowest places on the leader board.
uSwitch says that although overall customer satisfaction has fallen 2.5% in the past year, possibly due to price rises to Standard Variable Tariffs, the top seven suppliers in this year's report have scored more than the big six have ever achieved.
